Faulty or Damaged Products

If products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours.

We may request:

  • Photographs

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Where appropriate we will:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide store credit

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we generally do not accept returns of opened bottles.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to UK consumer regulations.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days.
